Processing Time & Hand-Assembly

• Breakout Boards: We typically ship within 1-2 business days.
• Hand-Assembled : If you select any "Assembled" option (ie OLED Kit), please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your full order to ship. We hand-solder and test these units to ensure they are project-ready before they leave our shop.

International Shipping Policy:

• Taxes & Duties (DAP): Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Your local customs office may charge VAT, GST, or other import fees. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by your local carrier at the time of delivery.
• Carrier "Brokerage" Fees: In addition to government taxes, private carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) charge a "Brokerage Fee" to process your package through customs.
  • Private courier brokerage fees can be significant, especially for Ground shipping services.
  • National postal services (such as USPS or Canada Post) typically have lower, flat-rate handling fees but may have longer transit times.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs, duties, or brokerage charges, the original shipping fees and any return costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
• Lead Content (Non-RoHS): Our boards are manufactured with traditional lead-based solder for durability in high-power settings. They are not RoHS compliant. Please ensure this meets your local hobbyist or industrial regulations before ordering.
• Compliance & Documentation: We provide accurate Commercial Invoices and HS Codes for every shipment to ensure a smooth customs process. We cannot mark items as "Gift" or undervalue products on customs forms.
